I'm really happy that this clinic is close to my home and has weekend availability.

As someone who gets frequent BACTERIAL respiratory infections, this is the only clinic that accurately identifies whether I need antibiotics or not. One of the most recent times, Dr. Pooneh(?) recommended I do sinus rinses since she noticed I come in a lot with the same issue. This was the first time I heard of this treatment, and I gotta say.. never been able to breathe so well in my life.

Other than that, the team in my opinion is very sweet. The pharmacists don't yell at me and the ladies at the front are soft spoken. I mean, I'll change my review if I catch someone's attitude, but for now it's 5 stars.

This clinic is so awesome. Dr. Okrahvi is such an amazing thourough thoughtful doctor, my 6 yr old daughter absolutely loves her. The doctors, staff and pharmacy team are just so accommodating and service here is very quick which is great! So glad its close to home when you have something arise on the weekend or last minute. Very convenient and I recently my family and friends to come here as well.

My family Doctor is Dr. Elserafy and I couldn't be happier about it! He genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to follow up when needed. He listens, and he takes the time to answer questions in detail. The office staff is also very prompt with replies via e-mail and very friendly to work with.

What an amazing doctor and an exceptional person. I am 65 and have seen many medical doctors in multiple countries and have never met someone so superbly knowledgeable, professional, dedicated, meticulous, caring and kindhearted like Dr Joyce Castillo of Allaura Medical Centre in Aurora.
My family and myself have no words to thank her for everything she has done for us as her patients even though she is not our Family doctor.
I had several Family doctors who cannot even compare to Dr Castillo in professionalism and bedside manner, and we see her as her walk in patients.
The girls at the front desk are so professional too.

I really prefer this walk-in clinic. Its always fast and efficient. The receptionists are very kind. I saw Dr. Jianfar and she really listened to my issue and background for it. I find a lot of Doctors to be pushy and fast with diagnosis but she gave me the time of day and a proper treatment plan. She did not rush me and I felt like she was genuine and cared. She even told me I could come back for follow-up in future. She is lovely.

Had a really good experience here. Came in with a throat infection for my wife and ear infection for my daughter. Was seen almost immediately. Very organized and clean place and most importantly every single staff member including pharmacist were just the sweetest. Thank you!

Dr. Costello is the best doctor I have had in 40 years. She cares about her patients and that is hard to find. I strongly recommend this clinic as a walk-in or patient.

In and out in under 40 minutes with a prescription and great service by the Doctor. Walk-ins are notoriously poorly run, not this one. Highly recommend coming here.

My wife was feeling ill and within 5 minutes the doctor told us what was wrong and solutions but we had to go to hospital. The doctor knew the problem in 5 minutes. At the hospital we wasted over 3 1/2 hours ,before they gave it to her. This clinic gets the job done.

They suck at answering their phone but they are beyond amazing and welcoming people, facility is spotless and theyre very fast with everything. Thank you

Great Walk In Clinic! Office is faster than others in the area. Front desk is very friendly and the office is very efficient. I have seen a couple of the doctors at the office during my visits but Dr. Elserafy was very knowledgeable and thorough.

My family of four have been Dr. Okhravi's patients for the last seven years. She listens to our concerns with care and emphathy. She's also efficient in getting back to you when she gets lab results back. The staff at the reception desk respond better to emails than phone calls in our experience.

The best walk-in clinic in the area! The clinic is very well organized with amazing staff and doctors. There is a great pharmacy in the clinic as well which makes it very convenient to get your meds quickly.

Most AMAZING walk-in clinic!! Quick to see a doctor, very clean environment, and receptionists are efficient & friendly. I've taken my two young there several times and each time is consistent. First clinic I have visited where I am not waiting several hours. Doctor is friendly and caring. Overall wonderful atomsphere for a walk-in clinic. I came today with my son around 12:30 and saw Dr Elserafy. He was amazing and very helpful. There was a bit of a wait time but it was worth it. We usually see Dr Okhravi but she was away.

The doctors here are amazing. The front desk girls are always very kind when handling our care. Which is why I needed to express my feelings with another review that was written, a pretty untruthful review.
I have been a patient here since the beginning and reading the below comment from Aida, made me upset.

I was in the hallway while this happened as my son was getting his weight check. Your mother tried to approach the staff member several times as she was trying to work. I was there listening to your mother who was very aggressive when trying to get the staff members attention and I understood your mothers words in english completely fine. She was approaching the staff member asking why she looked so upset and asked if it was because of her daughters review and she was going to ask her to delete it as that day she was upset when she came in. The staff simply said it offended her as she has been nothing but kind. Your mother apologized several times and told the staff member it was because she was having a bad day. Several patients approached the staff members to let them know they were doing a good job and to ignore negative feedback as this woman came in upset to begin with and was rude to everyone trying to help her.

This clinic and their staff are amazing even the pharmacy and its sad that people still come on here and only write half of the truth when they are upset and have been put in place. This is why the world needs to change.

This is a really great walk-in clinic and I now have Dr. Elserafy as my new family Doctor (I needed a new one urgently in the Summer of 2022). Sad we moved out of Ontario and have to find a new family doctor, we just wish to find a similar caring type of family doctor just like her. This clinic provides you the medical attention you need! Kudos also to the staff and receptionists, while they usually not answer calls (probably due to busy hours at the clinic), so far they always respond to our emails on time.

Came here today for the third time for my ear infection, the wait time was between 5-10 mins every time. The doctors are nice and knowledgeable, highly recommend it to anyone who needs to see a doctor without waiting for long!

I am very impressed with Dr Okhravi she is very pleasant and knowledgeable. She explained my blood tests in detail and made some good suggestions regarding my health. Also the staff are very friendly and professional.

Dr.Okhravi is an excellent, professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant Dr. Wait times aren't very long and the Dr. takes her time with her patients and explains everything very well, goes over blood tests, treatment options and makes sure you understand everything. I went to see Dr.Okhravi for an emergency because my family Dr.wasn't there and have since changed Drs., that's how much I like her. I would recommend Dr.Okhravi to all my friends and family, I'm very happy with her!

After going through lots of doctors and changing family doctors since December 2016, Dr. Joyce Castillo find what was wrong with me.
She is always smiling, considerate, polite, professional and most definitely down to earth. Dr. Castillo is an incredible caring person and individual. She has chosen her field of work accordingly.

I have gone here several times for walk in. The wait times are never long, I've been here when they were really busy too and even then the wait time was acceptable considering how many patients they had for walk in that day. Doctors are amazing, very helpful each time (I've seen three different Doctors there). Front desk staff is also very polite, friendly, and professional. My boyfriends family Dr is Dr. Jianfar and she is honestly wonderful. She is very thorough in finding proper diagnosis' and making sure we are treated properly to maintain patient overall health. Ive used this medical walk in centre a few times and I havent been disappointed yet.

By far the most amazing clinic and staff in the world. Victoria is the nicest and most attentive receptionist in Canada and the doctors are out of this world incredible super nice and will take the time to help you and see whats wrong.

We have recently become Dr Jinoos Jianfar's patients. She listens carefully and patiently and takes action accordingly. Victoria, the receptionist, is courteous and professional. She has always returned our call within a few minutes of leaving a voicemail.

My appointments were all virtual. Staff is very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

A consistently amazing medical office! Dr. Okhravi has an investigative mind and the ability to connect with her patients like few Dr's do.

I have had Dr Okrahvi for the most of 3 years or so she is the best physician I have had the pleasure to be connected with. When I started showing signs of disability she helped me understand did all the right tests and between her and myself we found out I was pretty bad . Doctors and girls at the front are very professional and caring. I would have gave this clinic a 5 star. However there is a gentleman at the pharmacy with a beard who is rude and unsanitary as I watched him pick his nose and did NOT wash his hands before handling my sons prescription. I thought this was very unprofessional especially during a pandemic!

Wonderful experience at this clinic. The front desk ladies are awesome, nice and very responsive. I was dealing with a tonsil infection for many months where my family doctor dismissed me and did nothing to help. I saw the great reviews for this clinic so I decided to reach out and they made me an apt with Dr. Okhravi asap and she actually listened to me, made sure the lab processed my sample and got to the bottom of my infection and she was able to cure it. This was my go-to walk in clinic for years until I finally decided to switch & make it my family practice as well. That's how good they are.
Their reception staff are always on the ball, their email system is impressive, and the clinic space is immaculate with air cleaners in every room. As you'll see in other reviews they have a reputation for quickly and kindly figuring out issues that have been ignored elsewhere.
I grew up in Aurora and I recommend this clinic above all others in town, and I've been to them all believe me.

I just wanted to say this has been the best family practice I have ever been too. Since I have joined the receptionist Amanda and Victoria have been gracious, kind, and really welcoming. My daughter joined first and recommended I move over when I was having issues with my then family practice I have not regretted the decision at all.

Nice staff and a clean clinic. A bit of a waiting time but not too long. I felt it was odd that people did not have to wear a mask entering the clinic. The doctor was friendly and thorough and not a pill pusher! I really liked that. Good place for quick care!

So far we visited this walk-in clinic twice. On a Sunday morning before they open I called and left a Voicemail (since other clinics in Aurora post warning messages yo call before you wali in) but they never return my call. Then I decided to call again and the lady on the phone was kind and told me that we can arrived at any time. My wife had to wait almost an hour an 40 (think it was normal since it was busy) but she was seen and prescribed. Since the virus infection was running in the house and I felt sick I drove Monday morning before they open.. I was first on line and I was out with my prescription In lest than 10 minutes. Again this is a good place so far no complaints and Im happy. Not giving the full 5 stars since they said ahead of time that waiting time was 30 minutes and we have to wait more that the expected. Im considering not giving 5 for free but I recommend this clinic.

This was my go-to walk in clinic for years until I finally decided to switch & make it my family practice as well. That's how good they are.
Their reception staff are always on the ball, their email system is impressive, and the clinic space is immaculate with air cleaners in every room. As you'll see in other reviews they have a reputation for quickly and kindly figuring out issues that have been ignored elsewhere.
I grew up in Aurora and I recommend this clinic above all others in town, and I've been to them all believe me.

Wonderful experience at this clinic. The front desk ladies are awesome, nice and very responsive. I was dealing with a tonsil infection for many months where my family doctor dismissed me and did nothing to help. I saw the great reviews for this clinic so I decided to reach out and they made me an apt with Dr. Okhravi asap and she actually listened to me, made sure the lab processed my sample and got to the bottom of my infection and she was able to cure it. Thank you so much everyone!

Been to this walk in clinic several times for my kids.
Doctors and girls at the front are very professional and caring. I would have gave this clinic a 5 star. However there is a gentleman at the pharmacy with a beard who is rude and unsanitary as I watched him pick his nose and did NOT wash his hands before handling my sons prescription. I thought this was very unprofessional especially during a pandemic!

Great service!!! I first went to enhanced care but they wouldnt see me, so I came here and they figured out I had an eye infection right away just by looking at my eyes. This will now be my go to clinic

I have had Dr Okrahvi for the most of 3 years or so she is the best physician I have had the pleasure to be connected with. When I started showing signs of disability she helped me understand did all the right tests and between her and myself we found out I was pretty bad . I don't leave very many reviews, but felt I should for the clinic. I started going to the Doctor a few years back with my children, as our Doctor had moved. I have not been disappointed and am impressed with her professionalism and follow-up. Her staff is top-notch and to be totally honest, I recommend her and the clinic to people I know. The staff were responsive and understanding. The pharmacist was helpful and prompt. There were no delays in the process. Overall, I am very happy with this place and I would recommend it to anyone needing non-urgent care after-hours.

Im seeing several reviews for "so and so Z" The Z stands for Zughier and they are not a credable source. Probably mad they couldnt get free drugs from the doctor. This is one of the most competent and trusted doctors office i know.

Dr.Pooneh Okhravi is the most amazing Dr, she is very caring and compassionate, very thorough and so great with children. If anybody has a problem, she's probably written you up for child protection concerns, she has real issues with people abusing children including the CAS, she's not afraid to speak her mind because everything she says is true. And this little infant that doesn't have asthma, does in fact have asthma, he stopped breathing in a Mount Forest school for single Mom's, he was put in this disgraceful predicament because of an unfit CAS worker who is now in front of the board for being an unfit worker. The 1 star post slandering the Dr.comes from an unfit father, a human trafficker, a known drug abuser and puts girls on the street at 15 years old and is under investigation. I give this Dr.a 5+ star because she's an amazing and caring Dr.and baby Eli loves her to pieces.

Located in an easy to find plaza, we came here on a Sunday morning around 11:30am. A lot of walk in clinics in the area were closed so we decided to come to this one after the great reviews we've read. The wait wasn't long! Thank god! My son had a cough and we had called in advance and the receptionist said about 20 mins wait at the moment. We rush there and it was about correct. There was also toys and books at the corner for the kids which was great. Overall great walk in clinic. :)

The whole clinic is brand new, with very modern designs, which makes the atmosphere very welcoming. I have been there multiple times and have never even had to sit down in the waiting room. I've always been taken right back to a patient exam room, with the doctor coming in no more than 5 minutes. The doctor is very efficient, thorough and explains things well. An amazing walk-in clinic, I highly recommend it. You'll be in and out in no time. Worth the drive even if you're not from Aurora because of the minimal wait times.

Best Walk-In experience ever!! Only had to wait 5 mins before I was moved to one of the rooms. Dr showed up after only a couple mins and was very friendly and helpful. They printed off my prescription in reception and I filled it out in the pharmacy located literally in the other side of the office. The pharmacist was able to verify my benefits plan and fill out the prescription in a total of 5 mins. Very happy with my experience!! They are also accepting new patients.

Wonderful experience, pleasant staff and caring doctor. The clinic is clean and bright. I went in just as a walk in and have decided to switch doctors completely. They also have a pharmacy on site which came in handy when I wasn't well.
